MSM announces September entertainment lineup

Maui Sunday Market announces the entertainment lineup during the remaining three Sundays in September.

 On September 15, Corey Char from the group Madame Butterfly will offer free ukulele lessons from 4:45-5:00 pm. Bring your own ukulele to practice.  Next up, the local group Inside Out will perform from 5:30-7:30 pm.

On September 22, the popular Family Bingo game (no fee to participate) will kick off the event from 4:30-5:15 pm. A performance by Maui High School’s Dance Club, Music Club and cheerleaders follows at 5:30-6:00 pm. And, the unique style and sounds by the group Madame Butterfly will cap off the evening’s entertainment from 6:30-7:30 pm.

On September 29, singer, guitar and ‘ukulele player, songwriter, and soloist Ron Kuala‘au will perform at 5:30-6:15 pm, followed by Beenee & Kama Puaala of Elua.

Madame Butterfly will perform on September 22nd. According to the band, they have a unique style and sound and want to bring a new rhythm to Maui’s music scene.

Maui High School’s Dance Club, Music Club and cheerleaders will perform on September 22nd as part of their school’s Homecoming celebration.

Ron Kuala‘au will perform at the Maui Sunday Market on September 29th. Formerly of the group HAPA, he is well-versed as playing solo or as a duo or trio. Playing since the age of 12, music is his passion, and he shares his talents and love for music across the nation and internationally.
